Hero Electric collaborates with ElectricPe to build charging infrastructure

Hero Electric said on Tuesday that it has partnered with EV charging platform ElectricPe to put up charge stations for its clients across India. Riders of Hero Electric will be able to use ElectricPe's charging network as a result of the agreement.

The charging stations would appear in residential complexes, workplaces, shopping malls, and other enterprises.

According to Hero Electric, the cooperation would assist expand the charging network and accelerate EV adoption across the country.

"A robust charging network is crucial for the growing EV sector for faster adoption of EVs across the segment. This association will provide a seamless charging and EV riding experience to customers by easing the accessibility through ElectricPe's charging points that are getting installed on a large scale across the country " Sohinder Gill, CEO of Hero Electric, made the observation.

With the company's vision and dedication to supporting the growth of EVs, he noted that it is working hard to expand up the charging infrastructure.

"We are confident that the partnership will aid in sustaining the push towards EVs and facilitate a smooth transition towards clean and green mobility solutions," Gill added.

Avinash Sharma, Co-Founder and CEO of ElectricPe, stated that the partnership with Hero Electric will help the company's objective of bringing clean and inexpensive charging to a billion Indians right at their doorstep.
